Commonly Asked Questions
Why don't I just hire fractional designers, agencies, or even freelancers?
We understand your concerns. Here at Designlabb, our focus is speed and quality design, which often don't come together. Also, with the amount you're paying, you can pause at anytime – which is even more value-for-money compared to the other models. Not even mentioning that over 30% of the time is spent on waiting and responding to emails, which we don't encourage here at Designlabb.
What is the request limit?
We keep it at one request at a time. Given our fast turnaround, you can expect to have average of 5-10 requests within a month of subscription (including revisions).
How do I request my designs?
At Designlabb, the main platform to manage your requests will be Trello, where you'll have full management over. The board will be sent to you after you sign up and the instructions are listed clearly and concisely there. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to me at alvis@designlabb.cc.
How does the pause feature work?
We know that you may not have enough design work to fill the entire month. That's when the pause feature of our service comes in. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you signed up and used 15 days and decide you want to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 16 more days remaining to be used anytime when you need design work done.
How fast will I receive my requests?
You'll receive within two business days per request.
What software do you use for design?
Most design work are done using Figma – including brand guides, social media posts, etc.
What if I only have a single request?
Don't worry, you can pause your subscription and return when you require additional design needs. Simply log in to your Stripe account and manage your subscription there.
Are there any refund if I don't like the work?
First month will be a full commitment, so there will be no refunds issued. Subsequently, if you find that you want a refund, I could issue it to you based on the number of days you have left for your subscription.
What don't you provide?
Designlabb only provide services we're confident you'll like. We don't cover the following: 3D modelling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), complex packaging, etc. Kindly book a call to understand what Designlabb can best provide you.
What if I don't like the design work?
We offer as many revisions as you want – and you'll receive the revised version fast.

You might be surprised to hear this, but Designlabb is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of Designlabb.
